Rajesh Jain YogaInner science especially yoga is highly misinterpreted, misused & underused. Yoga is dying just the way Tantra almost died 2500 years ago. Most powerful yogic techniques are known to just a handful of people in the world because they are not recorded & should not be recorded. The techniques which are commonly known are also practiced in a very incorrect, harmful way, for example, a yogasan should not be followed by a counter asan, Kapalbhathi can be very harmful etc. Yoga can give us much more than we can ever comprehend but we are happy with benefits like reduced sugar, cholesterol, BP, weight, stress etc., we cease to explore beyond.

I have structured 4 courses (the 5th course is for a few advanced pupils)

Yogsar – The essence of Yoga

Everybody is different- physically, mentally & spiritually hence requires different courses, this is a customized course in various streams of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayaam etc., based on individual specific needs, limitations, body analysis & body constitutions with specifically designed Video DVD/CD (1st time ever in the World) plus individualized yogic diet plan.

Oorja – The everlasting energy

Knowing what to do or what not to do doesn′t change anything in our lives, what we really need, to bring any significant change in our life is access to that untapped endless reservoir of energy which we all possess. This course enhances the effect of every self-development course.

Samvedana – Sensitivity is intelligence

This course which consists of many ancient active meditation techniques teaches how to control the mind & body by heightening one′s sensitivity. Once heightened it guides whenever anything physically, mentally goes wrong, every moment, every movement, entire life becomes yoga.

Pragya- Knowledge minus information

This course is for enhancing reasoning ability, teaches how to go beyond techniques, methods, discipline and dogmas. Makes one realize how unimportant a Guru is. Sets free from the burden of gathered knowledge. This course is mainly for those who′ve grown beyond religions and rituals.
